Filled

It's that time of year again.  General Conference weekend.  The opportunity for us to listen to the Prophet, Apostles and other church leaders deliver Heavenly Father's message.  Even though we are much busier than we have ever been, we made the effort to watch or listen to every session.  I worked on Saturday, but listened to both sessions on my phone through the internet.  Several other members I work with did the same thing.  It was great to see all of the men at work put on their church clothes and leave work to attend the Priesthood session together.  Jayson attended Priesthood with my dad.  This morning, we watched together as a family, then joined my dad & Christie to watch the afternoon session.  As always, we were filled.  It is wonderfull to hear the talks and there are always several that apply directly to what we're experiencing at that time in our life.  This year though, we didn't turn off the tv in between sessions.  We watched the videos in between Sunday sessions that shared a great message.  The first one was based on the video "Dayton's Legs" called "My Duty to God."  It can be viewed on the church's website at https://www.lds.org/youth/video/my-duty-to-god?lang=eng&cid=facebook-shared
It was such a touching story and you can truly feel the Spirit as you see the love of Christ through these young men.
