Happy Birthday Great Grandma!

Today is Great Grandma Woodhave's birthday!  We got together with cousins for a birthday celebration in the park!

Eaen was thrilled to have Great-Grandma push him on the swing!

Lagoon

We took Eaen to Lagoon for the first time today.  We went with my dad & Christie.  Jayson only stayed with us part of the day before he went to work.  It was a fun, long day!  Eaen is already asking when we can go back again.

Not sure how he got here, but this is where I found him in the morning.
Excited to go!

Pioneer Day

Jayson had to work today, so Eaen & I joined some old friends in Logan for the Pioneer Day celebrations.  Kelsi & Mel P brought their families from Cali.  Melanie came up from SLC & some of their old friends from Utah State joined us as well.  When we got up, there was a beautiful rainbow to start our day before the drive to Logan.

We started our day in Logan with the Pioneer Day Parade.

After the parade, we met our friends in the park and went to get some lunch.  While we were finishing lunch, Lin Wilde was teaching the kids to whistle with leaves.

After lunch, we went up to the Campus of Utah State University where Kelsi, Melanie & Mel P graduated.  We let the kids run around and play while the adults reminisced.

We grabbed some ice cream before the fireworks.

Then off to the park to watch the spectacular show!

Day of Celebrations

Today is Jayson's birthday.  We are grateful to have him in our lives!  He is a wonderful husband and father! Today is also the day my friend Kaela married her high school sweetheart, Walker.  I was able to leave work early and attend their ceremony with our friend Amanda.  Kaela was absolutely beautiful!  After the wedding, I met Jayson, Eaen, Christie & my dad in Bountiful at the parade.

Jayson was a bit tired.

At the end of the parade, they had 2000 Stripling Warriors marching down the street.  It was quite a sight to see all of these young men filling the street and spanning city blocks!

After the parade, we took Eaen to the park where he went on a few rides and fishing.

Eaen got on the Ferris Wheel with two girls.  One of them chose to sit by him!

When it started to get dark, we went and grabbed some milkshakes from Artic Circle, picked up Great-Grandma Woodhave and went to watch the fireworks.
