Sean & Kate plus 8

Today, Sean & Kate were married.  A few weeks ago at Sunday dinner when they walked in the door, Jayson said, "It's Sean & Kate plus 8."  Kate smiled and said, "Maybe."  Ever since that day, Jayson always refers to them as Sean & Kate plus 8.  I was able to go to their sealing in the Salt Lake Temple.  Unfortunately, Jayson had to work.  It was a beautiful ceremony.  They were fortunate enough to have a member of the temple presidency, President Lunt, perform their sealing.  The words he spoke, the advice he gave, and the Spirit felt there were truly amazing!  I'm grateful I had the opportunity to be there and experience that with them.
Their reception was at Thanksgiving Point.  We went door early and ate dinner at the deli.  It was pretty good food.  While I went to the car to get Eaen's dress clothes, they took Eaen to let him play in the water.  This guy built a fountain that has all sorts of wrenches and things you can pull to make water spray out in different places.  And the harder you pull, the further it sprays.  Eaen loved it!  He did not want to leave.

After we got Eaen out of the water and dressed for the reception, we headed to the hidden falls where it was taking place.  He was not in the best of moods, but he loved all the water and waterfalls.  We weren't able to get a very good family picture.  Eventually, Eaen found joy in throwing ice into the water.  And by the end of the night, he was a pro at the pop gun grandpa bought him in the gift shop!
